Paradigm looks to reach 500 firms

The founder of Paradigm Partners has said he “would love” to grow his support services provider to 500 firms over the next couple of years.

Paul Hogarth said the company currently provides support services to more than 350 firms, while its mortgage side “goes from strength to strength” and has more than 1,000 firms.

He said: “We would love to grow to 500 firms over the next two or three years or so.

“We are investing all the time in improving our proposition and getting a stronger presence in the marketplace.

“We will be looking to recruit more staff to help that growth – we are always looking for the right people.”

Paradigm was set up in 2007 by Mr Hogarth, with the aim of creating a community of like-minded financial adviser firms that could combine their collective expertise and assets for the good of each other and their clients.

In early 2010 Paradigm signed up its 300th firm, after adding 112 financial adviser businesses during the previous year.
