The funds, Threadneedle American Select Fund, Threadneedle UK Equity Income Fund, Threadneedle Global Select Fund and Threadneedle Latin America Fund, extend the range of Threadneedle funds to six on the pensions side.

Martin Moore, head of investment distribution at Winterthur, said: "The addition of these four new Threadneedle funds will further expand choice for advisers and their clients at a time when investors are increasingly risk conscious and seeking a wider selection of funds."

The funds will also be available across Winterthur’s entire range of products.
