In its first quarterly platform research report, entitled The (plat)Form Guide, the independent specialist on fund platforms revealed Praemium and Elevate were the fastest growing platforms over the last quarter based on their reported assets.

Meanwhile, the Platforum report also showed the most popular platforms among IFA users were Nucleus, Novia and Transact respectively.

In its executive summary The Platforum also stated that, looking forward to 2010, most platform chief executive officers think the key changes they will see in the market will be RDR-led, including improved investment tools and the rollout of employee benefit platforms.

The (plat)Form Guide will be published on a quarterly basis, in February, May, August and November each year.

A standard annual subscription costs £2,800 plus VAT per company.
