Financial intermediaries can access conveyancing costs and compare them for free on the website and can log in to search, appoint and track cases on behalf of clients.
According to managing director of IFAConveyancing Gareth Harvey it only takes a few seconds to gain an instant quote and then instruct a solicitor to do the work.
"Managing these services is a straightforward and easy process with virtually no over head costs, this means we can charge significantly lower fees per case compared to other leading companies, making our services significantly more appealing to intermediaries and their clients due to the cost savings involved," he said.
When registering, all solicitors sign a contract to ensure their quotes are totally transparent and when intermediaries are quoting, they can add their own fees which can be up to £200 per case.
A website integration option is also available to introducers for free, allowing them to host an unbranded version of IFAConveyancing’s services on their own website.
The site also offers a solicitor feedback option where intermediaries upload feedback about solicitors for all instructions that have completed. Feedback is uncensored and can be viewed against each solicitor.
All solicitors registered on the site are regulated by The Law Society.
