The road shows will take in six venues across the UK, starting in Maidstone on 15 May and finishing up in Birmingham on 4 June.
They aim to bring advisers up to speed with the latest pensions reform and retail distribution review (RDR) developments, and highlight the challenges and opportunities presented by the growing 'at retirement' market.
The road shows will also cover longevity and the changing needs of people in retirement, tax and national insurance changes and the implications for bonus and salary sacrifice, growth and opportunities in the Sipp market and trends in the corporate market, and increased pressures on defined benefit schemes.
Rachel Vahey, head of pensions development at Aegon, said: "We're going through interesting and challenging times in pensions with lots of opportunities for advisers and their clients.
"As the baby boomer generation moves into retirement we need to look at new ways of meeting demands for flexibility and certainty of income.
"The new world of personal accounts may seem a long way off but every employer, large or small, will have to take action over the next few years.
"Advisers can make sure their clients take the right action ahead of time and don't fall foul of planning blight."
The road shows are free to financial advisers and last approximately two and a quarter hours.
For further details of the road show dates and venues advisers should contact their local Aegon Scottish Equitable branch.
