James Hay unveils Advisercentre offering

Interactive website offers technical support for advisers

James Hay has launched an interactive multi-media website offering advisers technical and marketing assistance.

The Advisercentre gives advisers exclusive access to a range of web tools, educational guides, video presentations and interactive calculators.

Launched in consultation with IFAs, the online tool will offer monthly videocasts into key technical and industry issues, a technical support unit offering IFAs taxation and pensions support and a suitability letters tool, which enables IFAs to generate bespoke suitability letters for clients when recommending James Hay products.

In addition, marketing guides will help advisers market more effectively, with templates and sales aids which can be customised, campaign previews and other interactive technical tools.

Andrew Pennie, marketing director for James Hay, said: "This interactive, multimedia site will offer practical support, information and tools for advisers, freeing their time to focus on advising and supporting their clients."
