Gartmore appoints hoenigmann to head business development in Germany

Gartmore has made Bettina Hoenigmann its head of business development in Germany.

She will be assessing demand for Gartmore products and heading up new business development across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Ms Hoenigmann has spent seven years as an international portfolio manager for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt.

Kerstin Behnke, Germany managing director of Gartmore, said: "Ms Moenigmann arrival significantly enhances our strategic business development capabilities.

"Her wealth of experience and contacts in the industry make her a valuable addition to the team and we are very happy she has chosen to join Gartmore."
