TFC Homeloans urge brokers to make use of the information systems

Brokers need to make the most of the information systems available to them in order to identify remortgage leads from their client lists, according to specialist mortgage distributor TFC Homeloans.

The firm believes brokers should increasingly look to plan and prioritise their efforts to ensure they focus their time and energy on those clients who are likely to be considering applying for a new mortgage.

With a range of technologies available, brokers who are registered on TFC's online OMIS system can review their case history and identify which clients are coming to an end of their fixed rate period.

Mathew Darnell, head of IT for TFC Homeloans, said: "With brokers finding the current market extremely challenging, it has become more important than ever to quickly identify viable business opportunities. Our online management information system OMIS is a powerful IT tool which enables fast access to insightful information."
