Lloyds TSB is trying to do away with all that annoying voice activated balance checking and allowing people to get their balance from their mobile phone.
They already have a mobile service where people can manage their accounts.
While they may indeed be useful for the bank's busier customers, Insider asks how much Lloyds will earn from this service as well.
