Aifa to aid advisers on management information

AIFA has published treating customers fairly management information documents.

The Association of IFAs has published detailed information to assist small firms to introduce management information into their businesses.

Management information is a key requirement under the new treating customers fairly initiative and the first FSA deadline comes into force on 31 March.

Chris Cummings, director general of Aifa, said: “We want to help members better understand what the regulator is looking for. We have produced practical information to help firms meet the new requirements.”
