Castlestone appoints Devlin to head up sales team

Alternative investments specialist Castlestone Management has appointed Jerry Devlin, the former head of mutual fund sales Baring Asset Management, to head up its sales team.

The appointment follows the launch of the firm’s first Ucits-compliant fund, the Dublin-based Aliquot Active Commodity index fund.

Mr Devlin, who has also worked for Collins Stewart and Aegon, will lead Castlestone's newly expanded sales team.

Other new appointments include Joe Palmer as business development adviser, Joanna Wright as business relationship director, Michael Watt and Victoria Lockett as investment sales directors.
