Both projects involve apple production and are managed by Advanced Horticultural Management.

One acquisition is a 50 per cent stake in AHM Organic Apple Project, whose orchards will start harvests in 2010. The project is due to last 17 years.

The other stake is in AHM Early Season Apple Project 2007, which is planned to last 15 years, with harvests also starting in 2010.

Radicle has also acquired nearly 20 per cent of the share capital of Rivercorp, which owns the land, water rights and trees of the AHM Early Season Apple Project 2007, enabling it to produce dividends arising from leasing the land and the sale of assets at the end of the investment term.

Radicle Projects was established in 2004 and listed on Aim in August 2005.
