The Isle of Man-based investment company was established to provide investors with exposure to Indian infrastructure assets. It began dealing in London on 30 June.

The company's investment strategy will focused specifically on the energy and transport sectors. It will aim to achieve an internal rate of return of 25 per cent each year.

The managers will aim to geographically diversify risk within India, as well as diversifying within the project types and co-investment partners.

There will be no gearing for at least 18 months from admission. Thereafter, it will be limited to no more than 50 per cent of total capital.
