Fund targets London's top properties

London Central Portfolio is launching its London Central Property Portfolio fund II on 1 September.

A closed-end fund domiciled in Jersey, it will invest in one and two-bed properties for blue-chip corporate tenants in prime areas such as Mayfair.

The fund’s target return is 15 per cent a year from capital growth when the fund is wound up in eight years’ time.

Minimum investment for the fund, which is eligible for UK private pensions, is £50,000, while the introducer’s commission is 6 per cent.
