Mr Tully joins Quantum from Baring Asset Management, where he held the position of assistant director for sales, business development and client service.

Prior to this, he worked at UBS Asset Management as a sales associate covering London, the South East and Channel Islands. Mr Tully started his career at Fidelity Investments.

In his new role, he will be responsible for maximising sales for Quantum’s range of structured investments and funds and building relationships with UK advisory and discretionary clients.

Mark Mathias, chief executive at Quantum, said Mr Tully brought “excellent investment knowledge” and “great client relationships” to the company and that Mr Godley was great asset.

“I am sure the distribution side will develop further under his stewardship.”
