Nucleus makes customer friendly changes

Nucleus, the online wrap platform, has announced a number of technical enhancements.

Nucleus said it has introduced easier registration for IFAs and better navigation. There is also an increased intranet capability for its IFA users, such as an upgraded ability to register feedback

The improvements are the first phase of a redevelopment programme which Nucleus said had been driven by IFAs. The platform itself is majority-owned by adviser firms.

Nucleus has also recruited Andrew Smith as chief technology officer to control the platform's process design.
