Trigold offers enhanced compliance system

Trigold has made a number of enhancements to its Compliance Shield archive and auditing system in a bid to increase ease of use for customers.

The mortgage sourcing company said the new design and online interface allowed additional exception reporting, better workflow management and a messaging service for advisers.

In addition, an extension of the warehouse database means that all compliance evidence at the point of sale is now automatically stored for analysis at a later date.

Compliance Shield was designed to offer advisers an automated point of sale, with the ability to track sales activity and provide access to an online and secure database.

David Thompson, director of sales for Trigold, said: "Compliance Shield has continued to appeal to advisers and compliance officers alike because the storage is automatic when performing a daily product update, so advisors do not have to add yet another admin task to their already busy day.
