Gary Booth, director of Tiuta, said: "We have launched a new online case tracking system for advisers that gives them instant access to their client's application.
"The system allows advisers to view the status of their application at any time and discover what information may be outstanding. On top of this, while using the online system, advisers can instantly correspond with their case manager at Tiuta enabling quicker communication in real-time.
"All the documentation can be viewed online, including decision in principle forms, valuation reports and offer documentation. There is a built-in calculator that allows advisers to calculate the rates, fees and payments applicable for a client's application as well as calculating their own commission."

Plus points... When it comes to bridging loans the tendency is that speed is very important. Therefore a case tracking system that can be accessed 24 hours a day will inevitably be extremely influential in helping application turn around times be as quick as possible.
Could do better... Whereas this system can only be a good thing for advisers dealing with bridging loans, the idea of 24-hour case tracking is nothing new.

Rob Collins, commercial mortgage adviser for London-based The Money Centre, said: "I have been working with Tiuta for quite a while now and I have always had very good service. This new online system has taken it to the next level.
"There is 24-hour access and you can immediately see what is going on with the cases. Sometimes if certain people are tied up, in a meeting or if it is after hours, this system means you can instantly see what is going on.
"From my perspective the service from Tiuta is normally very good and this just makes it even better. One of Tiuta's big advantages is its speed of turnaround.
"Quite often if clients are heading down that route there is a matter of urgency so, whereas with some transactions which can take four or six weeks to go through, with Tiuta it can take no more than three to four days.
"Now with the ability to access information out of hours, if there is an issue with something or some paperwork that is needed it means the client can get onto it in the evening and be ready to go first thing in the morning, ready for when the Tiuta office opens. It is little things like that which mean things can be turned around as quickly as possible."
