Plus points... Immediately this website is impressive. It looks professional and neatly laid out. The different sectors are well structured and the website is easy to navigate. All the necessary information is available on the welcome page such as Dhanda's address. There are also links to a location map and directions. The front page states the firm is part of the M&E network and is regulated by the FSA. The page also has a link that explains how the adviser is paid. Clicking on the About Us section gives a more in depth description and clarifies the adviser is independent and what that means. There are numerous links to each of the different services the firm offers running down the side of the page. The mortgage section is divided into sections and the information is broken down and simplified. In addition to plenty of information, there are also tools like calculators, enquiry forms, news and updates and also research tools. The website appears top of the list on Google, Yahoo and Ask.

Could do better... Very little needs to be done to the website in terms of improvement. The only thing that it would benefit from would be some client testimonials.

Plus points...

The main thing to be noticed about this website is its simplicity. The information given is short and to the point. The home page offers a very brief introduction to the function of an IFA, the services available and minimal yet sufficient contact details, telephone number and address. They also advertise the opportunity of a free initial consultation. There is a short menu, which has a link to an About Us page, which only elaborates a tiny bit on the information given on the front page but does emphasise it is an independent advisory business. The other links are split into specific age ranges and the services in which these groups might be interested. Again, the information given is extremely brief. The website does mention how the firm is regulated by the FSA and has all the appropriate warnings about mortgages. The website appears first on the list when searched for using Google, Yahoo and Ask.

Could do better... The website is a bit too basic and as such not overly informative. None of the advisers' qualifications are mentioned anywhere on the website. There are no client testimonials and there is no mention of fees. Generally this website could be easily overlooked and ignored.
