Plus points... This is a concise website, it is to the point and quick and easy to navigate. The front page comprises of an introduction in which references are made to the fact Trinity is a firm of independent advisers and is regulated by the FSA. The front page also lists the services on which it gives advice, which include mortgages, and also offers a brief history of the business. Other tabs along the top of the page explain things like the exact role of an adviser and the process of reviewing a client's current circumstances and making recommendations for the future. The website explains how the advisers are happy to work on either a fee or a commission basis. The section entitled Our Team gives specific information on the experience, background and qualifications of each of the individual advisers. There is also a section that gives contact details and links to the FSA and the London Stock Exchange website. When searched for using Google the website is a the top of the list.

Could do better... This is not the most exciting website, it is so simple it verges on being quite boring. Although it briefly mentions what services it covers, it does not go into any specific details, which could also improve the website. There are also no client testimonials, which would be a benefit. When searched for using Yahoo and Ask the website was tricky to find.

Plus points... This is a neatly laid out and comprehensive website. It is professionally put together, which instills a certain level of confidence in the firm itself. The front page introduction states clearly the firm offers an independent and impartial service. There are numerous different sections and sub-sections, including an in-depth mortgage section, which makes the website heavy with information but not too intimidating. There are many useful tools such as a jargon buster, various calculators and a sourcing system for mortgages. The different payment options are given their own section, which clearly explains the whole payment process. Each member of staff is given a quick biography and their qualifications are given in detail. The website is easy to find on both Google and Yahoo.

Could do better... While this is an extremely informative website for a new client, they might not know where to start as there is an awful lot of information to swim through and it can be construed as being a bit overly complicated. Also despite having a section for client testimonials, there is nothing posted for a prospective client to read.
