The PFS is offering access to the equity release service to members of its Promoting Excellence In Equity Release initiative.

Usually, access to Exweb requires payment of a monthly fee, however use of the equity release service is currently free courtesy of sponsors Just Retirement.

Dean Mirfin, business development director at Preston-based IFA Key Retirement Solutions, said: "Anything that gives advisers greater access to information is a good thing and certainly if you look at the resources available to advisers, the platform on the Exchange will give a lot of advisers what they need."
