The Casemaster software enables advisers to soft package their own business, meaning they receive a greater procuration fee than going down the entirely packaged route.
Prior to the deal with Trigold the Casemaster software was exclusive to Mortgage 2000's sourcing system, however its benefits will now be available to a much wider audience.
Mortgages are submitted by intermediaries through Casemaster and dealt with by the packaging team at Mortgage 2000.
In response to the deal with Trigold the distribution of Casemaster is being significantly enhanced and the team is exploring the possibility of other packagers wishing to utilise the technology.
Stuart Glendinning, managing director of Moneysupermarket, said: "Mortgage 2000 has no desire to exclusively restrict Casemaster's use to those intermediaries using the Mortgage 2000 sourcing system.
"We are already talking to further possible distributors, including a major network."
Martin Colyer, managing director of Trigold, said: "By developing this integration we are offering yet another income opportunity for our users, supported by a well-known and well-respected partner in Mortgage 2000."
