Yorkshire Bank, Fee-free, www.ybonline.co.uk
Lender says...
Yorkshire Bank has extended its fee-free summer remortgage deals until the end of September.
The offer means all arrangement fees will be waived for new customers who remortgage to Yorkshire's current account mortgages. The deal applies to Yorkshire's offset, flexible and tracker mortgages.
Rapid Repay and Flexible Repay customers will also get £200 towards legal fees for the month and will not have to pay a valuation fee.
Gary Lumby, head of retail for Yorkshire Bank, said: "Our August fee-free offer proved very successful and we are keen to continue to help make mortgages more affordable.
"We know every penny counts in these cost conscious times and our current account mortgages are a great way to ensure your money is working hard for you all of the time."

Graham Thomson, managing director of Glasgow-based IFA Riverpark Investment & Financial Consultants, said: "Is it good to see offers like this when you consider the amount of people coming off fixed rates at the moment.
"You will have to pay more on the rate than you would for products with fees and it would only be cost effective for smaller mortgage of less than £100,000. Hopefully we will see more lenders come into the market with attractive rate for remortgagers."
