The latter was initially housed at the address of the former. The former has lost its authorisation and is in the process of re-applying.

Who pays for these quangos? I can guess. Why do we need both, particularly as the FSSC has proved itself to be inept. Can you imagine if an IFA had lost its authorisation on account of incompetence, then continued as if nothing had happened and re-applied for authorisation with the likelihood of obtaining it?

If this is not the maddest situation, can someone please explain it to me, or do I just assume that this situation exists merely to keep unemployment numbers down?
