Suffolk Life has hired Dominic Savage as the new director of property to strengthen services to investors of self invested personal pensions.

Mr Savage previously worked at NSL Limited as a solicitor and estate manager. He also held positions at Charles Russell LLP; Nabarro LLP and Walker Morris.

Mr Savage is replacing Oliver Crichton who has decided to his solicitor roots.

The pensions administrator has acquired over 2,350 properties on behalf of over 4,000 investors.

David Hobbs, managing director of Suffolk Life said: “Mr Savage joins us at an interesting time for our business, the advice sector and the continuing evolution of self invested personal pensions.

“We continue to see high levels of interest in commercial property investment both as an attractive asset class but also to aid the cash flows of businesses; particularly pertinent as there is still so little bank lending to small and medium enterprises.”
