Seddons Solicitors and Borro have joined the Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL), bringing the total membership to 18.

Seddons is a law firm specialising in property, disputes and corporate law. Borro is a personal asset lender.

Adrian Bloomfield, chief executive of ASTL, said: “We would like to welcome our new associate members. Each has something different to add to the trade body and I believe that not only will each of the new members benefit by being a part of the ASTL but the trade body will also be stronger as a result.”

Mr Bloomfield recently announced his intention to stand down from his position at the association.

Adam Miller, partner at Seddons, said: “As a business with close associations within the financial markets we are constantly seeking to work with the most suitable providers of short term finance.”
