Hornbuckle appoints marketing manager

Hornbuckle Mitchell has appointed Alex Footman to the newly-created position of marketing manager as the business aims to build its adviser communications and develop its digital offering.

In his new role, Mr Footman will take control of the Sipp and Ssas provider’s marketing strategy, overseeing a number of areas including advertising, communications, digital and offering strategic leadership for the marketing function.

Mr Footman has almost 10 years of experience in marketing for financial services.

His most recent role was regional marketing manager at Barclays Corporate where he was responsible for the marketing activity across a number of its regional businesses.

Dave White, managing director of Hornbuckle Mitchell, said: “Alex joins the marketing team at a very exciting time and I have no doubt that the wealth of experience he brings with him will be hugely beneficial to Hornbuckle Mitchell.
