Cisi appoints Birmingham branch head

The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment has appointed Benedict Crabbe as president of its Birmingham branch.

A Cisi chartered fellow, Mr Crabbe has been working with BRI Asset Mangement since August 2007, looking after investments for private clients, trusts and pension funds.

He said: “With the Retail Distribution Review and introduction of the statement of professional standing the Cisi regional branches will become more integral in providing the backup that each and every member will require from their institute.
