Bright Grey relaunches consumer website

The launch of a redesigned consumer-facing website has been announced by Bright Grey today, aiming to support advisors by promoting the importance of advice and demonstrating that protection applies to more than simply mortgages.

The site will act as the foundation for the protection provider’s new digital strategy of raising awareness and promoting the understanding of protection among consumers.

Jacqui Gillies, head of marketing at Bright Grey says: “Our research has shown that consumers generally meet advisers without being fully aware of what can be protected.

“We know that advisers often spend significant time advising clients on what protection is before advising what’s right for them. So we’ve created a site that helps visitors gain more confidence and is a useful resource both before and after a meeting with their adviser.”

The site will include videos, polls and discussions and currently hosts social sharing buttons.
