Guardian appoints new marketing director

Global wealth adviser Guardian Wealth Management has appointed Richard Howell as marketing director to help drive the group’s growth and expansion plans over the next few years.

In his new role, he will be responsible for all the group’s marketing activities as it seeks to push into new territories.

Mr Howell joins with immediate effect and will be based in the company’s Doncaster office.

Mr Howell joins Guardian Wealth Management from HSBC, where he spent 23 years in numerous technical leadership and strategic roles. Most recently he held the position of head of solutions engineering and was responsible for heading up the design, architecture, build and support of HSBC’s strategic core IT online solutions.
