Threesixty to offer support for discretionary managers

Adviser support services provider threesixty has expanded its consultancy service to target discretionary management firms or firms looking to move into the discretionary market.

To discretionary managers, threesixty will aim to provide support services, such as making sure their business models do not carry unnecessary risk, built to individual companies’ requirements on a bespoke basis.

The company said that it would aim to provide “expert guidance” for firms who are looking to embark on the “complex” path to gaining the permissions to enter the discretionary management market

The firm said it was already providing support to 23 discretionary management firms in the UK and is looking, after making several hires in 2012, to expand into being the “leading consultancy for these types of discretionary firms in 2013”.
