Mr McKay, the portal editor and UK head of intermediary marketing at JPMorgan Asset Management, said interest in the site highlighted the importance of income as an investment theme.
Since its launch last November, the portal has seen 12,000 page views and has a 30 per cent visitor return rate.
Mr McKay said: “As 2013 is firmly under way, income as an investment theme is likely to remain hot on the radar for many of our clients.
“The visitor numbers are encouraging with advisers looking to enhance their understanding and analysis of the world of income as their clients continue to look for investments that offer compelling yields.”
James Relph, managing director of Wiltshire-based Executive Wealth Management, said: “I have been using the portal since its launch, and have submitted case studies to the site. It gives advisers the chance to share ideas about generating income for their clients across a range of age groups.”
