FTAdviser is calling on advisers to vote for the best online service provider over the past 12 months - and in the process give themselves a chance to win an iPad mini.
The FTAdviser Online Service Awards are a byword for the speed, accuracy and support levels intermediaries should expect when dealing with product providers via online portals and the internet.
Advisers will vote in three categories - investments, life and pensions and mortgages - and in each category those who have delivered excellent service will be awarded five stars.
In addition, there will also be one winner in each category as well as an overall winner, which will be announced at FTAdviser Online Service Awards event in June.
This questionnaire will take less than 5 minutes to complete and gives advisers the opportunity to influence which firms will be recognised as the top achievers in their sectors in 2013.
Once the short survey has been completed, you will be able to enter the free prize draw, where the iPad mini can be won.
Information give will be reported anonymously as aggregated results. The winners and losers will be published on FTAdviser in June.
