‘Hepatitis C sufferers are put off buying products’

The poll by Devon-based medical advisory firm Unusual Risks Mortgage & Insurance Services, found 90 per cent of sufferers had been deterred from seeking mortgages and life assurance.

Chris Morgan, practice manager for the firm, said: “It would appear that as a result of this some people may have delayed important financial decisions.”
