iShares launches ETF tracking European financial bonds

iShares has expanded its range of corporate bond exchange-traded funds (ETF) with the launch of the iShares Barclays Euro Corporate Bond Financials Ucits ETF.

The ETF will replicate the performance of the European financials bond market, tracking the Barclays Euro-Aggregate Financial index and it will have a total expense ratio of 0.2 per cent.

The launch brings BlackRock’s suite of corporate bond ETFs to 17 and Stephen Cohen, head of investment strategy and insight EMEA at iShares, said the firm would “continue to innovate and evolve our product offering in this area”.
