Ms McGuckin will be promoted to co-manage with Phil Milburn on the Dublin-domiciled Kames High Yield Global Bond fund, which is available for investment in the UK, on June 1, with Ms Mitchell moved to being a support manager.
Ms Mitchell and Mr Milburn will remain as co-managers on the UK-domiciled version, the Kames High Yield Bond fund.
Ms McGuckin joined Kames in April last year from Legal & General Investment Management and was appointed as a support manager on both the onshore and offshore high yield bond funds.
Mr Milburn said the team had decided to “redeploy our resources” so that it could meet the growing demand for the fund both in the UK and in Europe.
