The sales and marketing director for Holloway said that its recent tie-up with Care First – an online and telephone advice and information service – will mean that policyholders will be able to access this service free of charge as part of Holloway’s members’ assistance programme.

According to a statement, affected policyholders will be able to access a professional counselling service from dedicated telephone advisers, and can access many resources available on the specialist Care First website. As well as the added benefit to clients, advisers get direct access to the underwriter of their clients’ policy and a guarantee of no dual pricing as Holloway only sells through advisers.

ADVISER VIEW

Lee Church, a director of Wiltshire-based Church Financial Solutions, said: “We had been using a different provider but a colleague saw that for a certain client, the price at Holloway was more competitive. Since then we have started to use Holloway, and have found the service exceptional, the process simplistic and the clients are put on risk much quicker.”
