Brokers charged in LIBOR probe

Terry John Farr, 41, and James Andrew Gilmour, 48, will appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court at a later date after being charged with offences of conspiracy to defraud.

They were both former employees at internationally-based broking firm RP Martin Holdings.

They were arrested on 11 December, along with Tom Hayes, by the SFO and City of London Police before being interviewed and released on police bail.

Mr Hayes was charged by the SFO with the same offence on 18 June.
