Guy Stephens has taken over as managing director at Rowan Dartington Signature as part of a shake-up of the firm’s senior team.
Mr Stephens was previously chief investment officer at Rowan Dartington and has stepped into the role that was vacated by Andrew Morris when the firm merged the Rowan Dartington and Signature teams at the start of 2013. Mr Morris has been quality director since the start of the year.
A spokesperson for Rowan Dartington said Mr Stephens had now been appointed to oversee Signature’s development as it moves into a period of growth.
Signature is the branch of Rowan Dartington that focuses on discretionary investment management for outsourcing intermediaries.
The position of chief investment officer will remain vacant but Tim Cockerill, previously head of collectives research, has been appointed to the newly-created position of investment director for the firm’s investment team.
Both Mr Cockerill and Mr Stephens left Ashcourt Rowan to join Rowan Dartington in September 2011.
