Franklin Templeton adds ‘back up’ managers to UK funds

Franklin Templeton has named additonal managers on four of its UK equity funds as back-up to the products’ lead managers.

The group said the appointments would not change the day-to-day management of the funds.

Following the changes, Mark Hall has been named as back up manager on five of Franklin Templeton’s six UK equity funds, including Paul Spencer’s top-quartile Franklin UK Mid Cap fund.
