The company manages more than £3bn of funds on behalf of more than 50,000 UK investors and aims to provide investors with more access to growth companies.
The range of Octopus Titan VCTs, launched in the past six years, invest in a portfolio of 38 UK companies across a range of sectors. The current portfolio includes investments in Zoopla Property Group and luxury travel deal website Secret Escapes
The 38 companies that the Octopus Titan VCTs have invested in employ more than 1100 people, compared with 380 employees at the initial point of investment.
The Octopus Titan VCTs 1 to 4 have paid out a total of more than £20m in dividends to shareholders so far in 2013.
Investors can hold shares in all five Octopus Titan VCTs. The share offer remains open until 2 September 2014, or until the fund-raising capacity is reached.
