Fos congratulates work of proactive FCA and PRA

In her interview in the Ombudsman’s latest newsletter, the chief executive of Fos, Natalie Ceeney, said she was in favour of the government’s proactive thinking when it created the FCA and the PRA.

She said new measures “make it less likely that a ‘mass detriment’ situation, such as mortgage endowments or PPI, would happen in the future.

“This regulatory commitment to deal with problems early and quickly can only be welcomed.”
