Old Mutual Wealth has appointed former Cofunds chairman Charlie Eppinger as a non-executive director.
Mr Eppinger had left Cofunds in May following its takeover by Legal & General, having been chairman or chief executive of the platform since 2003.
He is the fourth independent non-executive director appointed by Old Mutual Wealth, joining Ashok Gupta, Jane Hanson and Simon Davies
