Intermediaries in expansion plans across UK

The managing director of Henderson Insurance Brokers, Peterborough, said he was “confident” that the new office – twice the size of the previous one – would help the firm to achieve its expansion plans.

Mr Kennedy said: “The Henderson Group is growing constantly, as we are posting significant results at our various branches, and I am confident that our new Peterborough office will further add to our success.

“I would also like to thank chartered surveyor Tony Barker for his hard work in securing the building for us.”

The Rt Hon the Lord Brian Mawhinney Kt officially opened the new office in Lynch Wood.

During his speech at the event, Lord Mawhinney said: “This is an occasion to celebrate and is reason for encouragement, as the last few years have been tough for businesses both locally and nationally.

“However, the economic situation is starting to improve again and this new office opening is a good indicator of that.”

Background

This comes as Cambridgeshire-based Beacon Wealth Management hired another client account manager to join its team. The new recruit, Leigh Eeles has a background in health. During 2013, Beacon has employed six new team members including Ms Eeles and has two more members joining before the year is out.
