Sesame has partnered with Leeds Building Society to offer its members two new mortgage products.
Leeds Building Society has increased the maximum loan-to-value on its Welcome Mortgage to 90 per cent. The mortgage has a 0 per cent rate for the first three months followed by a fixed 4.59 per cent up to, and including, 31 December 2015.
The Welcome Mortgage is available for a maximum loan of £400,000 and comes with a £199 booking fee paid upfront and £200 cashback paid on completion. It is available for purchase only, on a capital repayment method.
As well, a 2.79 per cent two-year fixed fee assisted product with no early repayment charges is available for both purchase and remortgage.
The two-year fixed fee assisted product carries a £199 booking fee and a maximum loan size of £750,000.
