ETP/ETF assets hit £1.47 trillion, according to ETFGI figures

Deborah Fuhr, managing partner of the London-based research consultancy, said global ETF and ETP assets hit $2.4 trillion (£1.47 trillion) in November.

However, net inflows of £17bn (£10.4bn) were much weaker than for October and September, which achieved $32.6bn (£19.9bn), and £35.7bn (£21.8bn) respectively.

Ms Fuhr said: “Rising levels of uncertainty as to when and how the Federal Reserve will taper its quantitative easing scheme has contributed to the weaker inflows.”
