Cardiff wealth manager launches with bold expansion plans

A group of financial planners have teamed up to launch Archytas, a new wealth management company.

The Cardiff-based firm’s founders Richard Edwards, Michael Williamson, Debbie Matthews and Kate Stewart hope to quickly expand the firm, and have scheduled a series of seminars to provide advice in conjunction with local employment law firms and accountancy practices.

The company says it will provide “wealth creation, financial stability and strategic tax planning advice to individuals, families and business owners”.

Archytas managing director Richard Edwards said: “We are currently based in Cardiff, but operate throughout the UK, with aspirations to open further offices.”

Mr Edwards will work as a financial planner along with Ms Matthews as well as Mr Williamson in Cheltenham. Ms Stewart will work as financial director.

Archytas is not related to Architas, Axa Wealth’s specialist investment business.
