Eligible members can contact GPs with non-urgent medical questions and receive an answer within 72 hours.
The service is intended to provide general information on health care issues, such as:
* an explanation of healthy habits and preventative procedures;
* a general description or definitions of conditions and symptoms;
* information on diseases;
* explanation of diagnostic procedures;
* clarification of test results;
* explanation of therapeutic procedures;
* clarification of medical terms;
* descriptions of drug side effects.
