The director of sales, model portfolio services, for Charles Stanley, said that clients and their advisers can now get the fund range through Ascentric, Aviva, Fusion, Novia and Nucleus.

The CPS consists of 12 model portfolios designed to suit a range of investment objectives and risk tolerances. All model portfolios are actively managed.

The discretionary investment management service invests solely in collective investment products and provides clients with a managed exposure to best-in-class third party fund managers.

Mr Clotworthy said: “The suite of portfolios has been created taking into account the views of many financial advisers who wish to be able to offer their clients a wide range of investment objectives, knowing they are risk rated within a robust structure but at an affordable rate – the maximum charge for each solution is 0.3 per cent plus VAT.”

He added: “As part of our commitment to supporting the advisory market, we look forward to developing our outreach to advisers.”
