The auto-enrolment microsite, includes a selection of tools and advice on legal requirements and employer responsibilities, was created with input from a range of providers and support services, according to the financial services information website.

Derek Bradley, chief executive of Panacea Adviser, said: “In response to strong demand from our community seeking clarity over the rules and regulations surrounding auto-enrolment, we are pleased to launch this free microsite.

“The new pension reforms provide a wealth of business prospects for advisers and so our step-by-step guide will assist advisers in fully understanding the process as well as how to identify these opportunities.”

Adviser comment:

Kirsty Stewart, financial planner at Chester-based 75point3, said: “The microsite does seem to meet what has been advertised. As I deal with auto-enrolment myself I would not advocate using a site such as this one. It just seems to have collated information from different providers and does not show anything new. The first point of call for any auto-enrolment guidance should always be the Pensions Regulator website.’’
